The start-up, a joint venture of the Munich-based company Builder mantro GmbH and Rhomberg Ventures, has set itself the task of upgrading office properties from interior design to furnishing ready for occupancy - namely through team-oriented interior design, greater space efficiency, the latest technology and innovative design.

For the first time, Offezio also offers property owners and tenants the opportunity to get a preview of the area that will be developed later as well as a corresponding cost estimate during the first step using photorealistic renderings. Offezio takes over the modernisation of buildings as a complete package and can thus reduce errors in the planning and construction process: Users no longer have to act as coordinators between architects, specialist planners or tradesmen. The use of the latest technology and an intelligent lighting, acoustic and indoor climate system also help to save CO2 and energy - resulting in long-term cost reductions.

Selection of furnishing styles

As a result of renovation and functionally well thought-out office equipment, property owners receive an upgrading of their space. There are currently three different furnishing styles to choose from: Industrial Loft, Urban Eco and Modern Elegance. The Offezio team only needs to know the desired style, the net floor area, the number of future workplaces and the ceiling height in order to put together a suitable offer.
